WINE CLUB AND NON-WINE CLUB ORDERS
All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.
Please feel free to select any of our wines as part of your order – either one variety or a mixed case.
Please feel free to order as many cases as you would like.
Mr. Riggs Wine Co. currently ships within Australia only.
Mr. Riggs Wine Co. reserves the right without prejudice to its other rights under these Terms and Conditions or at law to cancel orders or to suspend deliveries until payment is made in full.
Mr. Riggs Wine Co. reserves the right to alter vintage and pricing of a product/products at any time at the sole discretion of the company. In the event that a system error occurs and pricing is displayed incorrectly, Mr. Riggs Wine Co. reserve the right to alter pricing and quantity supplied to reflect the correct value.
Mr. Riggs Wine Co. reserves the right to refuse any order and to withdraw any wines or any range of wines from sale from time to time notwithstanding that such wines may be displayed on Mr. Riggs Wine Co. website for purchase.
You acknowledge that once an order is made it cannot be cancelled without the written consent of Mr. Riggs Wine Co. and on terms whereby you indemnify Mr. Riggs Wine Co. for any administration and financial costs incurred by it.
ANNUAL VINTAGE SALE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.
HALLIDAY and VINTAGESALE discounts are applicable to 6 bottles or more purchases only and exclude ‘dozen deals’ offers.
Sale period valid until 11:59pm April 30, 2026, or while stocks last (whichever occurs first).
Offer applies to selected wines only and is subject to availability.
15% discount applies when purchasing 6 or more bottles in a single transaction.
Discount must be applied using code HALLIDAY or VINTAGESALE at checkout.
Discount codes are not valid on dozen deals or any already discounted bundles.
Minimum purchase requirement of 6 bottles must be met for discount eligibility.
No rainchecks. Once wines are sold out, they will not be restocked.
Orders are final at time of purchase; no holds or reservations.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer unless stated.
Shipping available within Australia only.
Orders will be dispatched at the conclusion of the sale, unless we are able to ship earlier.
Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply unless otherwise specified.
